1. Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in INR/USD (as applicable) and are exclusive of taxes (GST, VAT, or any other statutory levies) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on fluctuations in raw material costs, regulatory requirements, or market conditions.
Bulk orders and institutional purchases may be eligible for special pricing or discounts, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A formal quotation will be provided before order confirmation, ensuring transparency and clarity.
2. Freight and Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders (within India):
Orders above a specified value (e.g., ₹50,000) may qualify for free shipping.
For smaller orders, freight charges will be borne by the customer and communicated at the time of order.
International Orders:
Standard shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP) as agreed upon with the customer.
Freight, customs duties, insurance, and import-related taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless specified otherwise in the quotation.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard products are dispatched within 7–10 business days of payment confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional lead time, which will be communicated in advance.
DLA Pharmaceuticals is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Risk and Liability
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once products are handed over to the carrier/shipping agent.
Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance coverage for high-value or international shipments.
5. Policy Updates
DLA Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to amend this Price and Freight Policy as necessary, in line with market, regulatory, or operational requirements. Updates will be communicated through official channels.
